Let's go back in time and visit Leonard Pountney's hair salon in 1964 - it's amazing!


Can you imagine how much fun it would have been getting your hair done at this salon in the 1960s?


I'm not sure about all that smoking around that heavy duty hairspray though.

    I worked in the Leonard Pountney Salon Hounslow back in 1971, Barry was the manager then

    Mum used to take me yo yhe Hounslow salon, near the station I think, when I was in primary school, so c1959 to 1963.
